This is a fantastic GAMSAT Prep course!! Mayank is readily available and always happy to help wherever he can. From the detailed theoretical content to the extensive number of online quizzes (with fully worked answers – science Q’s) – the course gives you a good foundational knowledge for all that is GAMSAT! The teachers are very engaging in the online classes and give great insight into the test and strategies to maximise results. The essay topics and ability to upload essays for grading has been a big help. Would highly recommend course!
I highly recommend the Science prep course. Mayank has been really helpful throughout the entire prep period. The live sessions every week for 3 months which covered fundamental topics of chemistry, biology and physics were very engaging. He went through a lot of GAMSAT prac questions with us and gave the most appropriate approach to specific types of questions. There were also 3 mock exams which got me prepared for the actual exam.
Mayank is a dedicated and skilled tutor with years of experience and understanding. He is incredibly patient and generous with his time, offering a well structured science course that covers all GAMSAT related concepts, as well as numerous resources (theory and tests) available online and in physical copy. I found the Acamedica course extremely helpful, and I wouldn’t have been able to achieve my scores without attending Mayank’s classes. I hadn’t studied any science since year 11, and Mayank is a patient and passionate teacher who covered all the required material thoroughly and logically, starting from the very basics. I also found having classes in person, as opposed to online, was fundamental to ensuring I was preparing at a good pace and engaging with the content. The Acamedica English classes were also very helpful and ensured that I was practicing consistently in the lead-up to the exam. I would strongly recommend both classes to anyone preparing for the Acamedica, particularly if you prefer in-person classes.
Mayank is an exceptional tutor who is dedicated and experienced in all things Acamedica. They offer both science and English courses. Through my tutorage, at Acamedica I was successful in getting into med school in 2019. The small class size means you can ask many questions each lesson and not feel left behind. I found the routine of the classes, combined with the mock full-length exams leading up to the Acamedica essential for a smooth sailing test day.
“I would highly recommend Acamedica Coaching to anyone preparing for the Acamedica, irrespective of their professional or educational background. In my case, I had not studied any science subjects at university but felt that I had a strong foundation in English and humanities. By the end of the course, I could not believe how far I had come with respect to my science preparation. I believe that Mayank personalized approach to teaching the science content brought me up to speed much faster and more efficiently than if I had tried to learn the content on my own. I also took the English course for good measure and was surprised at how much I took away from it given that I was already confident in that area, especially with respect to the essay preparation. As opposed to other more condensed preparation courses, Acamedica is the only Acamedica preparation course that offers comprehensive tutoring in Science and English over the period of time (3 months for English and 6 months for Science) I felt was required to achieve the mark I wanted. I have a non-Science background and had three months to prepare for my first attempt at the Acamedica. Although Mayanks Science course typically runs for 6 months he took me on as a student and condensed the course to cover all material in 3 months. In the final month before the exam, I was attending Acamedica up to 5 times per week which speaks loudly to Mayank commitment to his students. I scored 66 overall with 70 in Science. I have since re-sat and raised my overall score to 69 with 74 in Science. These scores would certainly not have been possible in the timeframes I had without Mayanks guidance and access to his extensive knowledge of the material covered by the Acamedica
I took the Acamedica training on both English and Science, and it was very good. I have never taken Acamedica before, this course gave me a solid understanding on the knowledge basis tested in the exam. English is my second language and I received 57 for session I. Science course was particularly helpful as it offered both clear explanations on the concepts as well as plenty of practices, and I received 75 for session III. I hightly recommend this course for either first time Acamedica taker or people who want to improve their marks. In the end of the course, the mock exams also helped me get used to the exam condition.
